1. Create some dedicated time to connect with the rays, perhaps just 10 or 15 minutes or longer if you are able.
2. Find a place where you won't be disturbed
3. Light a candle dedicated to your work and Ascension
4. Perhaps play soft, gentle, relaxing music.
5. Calm and centre your energy by taking several relaxing breaths.
6. If you have limited time, read the flame information for that day and say the prayer (see below).
If you are able to dedicate more time you might like to read some additional information about the Flame of the Day from the "The Seven Sacred Flames" book, and / or say more prayers for that flame (see "Prayers to the Seven Sacred Flames" by Aurelia Louise Jones).
7. Spend a few minutes in silent contemplation focusing on that particular flame.
8. Blow out your candle, dedicating it to the Flame of the Day
9. Try to be conscious of the Flame of the Day during the rest of the day and your normal daily activities. |
The Seven Flames of God for Seven Days
From Adama At this time, I want to give you a short overview of the seven major rays. It would be very beneficial for each of you to focus each day on the energies of one of the seven major rays that flood the planet from Creator Source on that day. All energies of the seven rays flood the planet daily, but each day of the week, one of the rays becomes dominant.
Working with the seven rays in this manner will assist you, in a most profound way, to balance the energies of the seven rays in each one of your chakras throughout your life, and will bring you much greater balance and grace. In the process of ascension and enlightenment, all seven major rays and later on, the Secret Rays, must be balanced and mastered in order to move on to a greater wisdom and mastery in your cosmic future.
In Telos, we work much more effectively each day by amplifying in our hearts, our minds and our daily activities the specific energies of each day of the week. We invite you to experiment with this. You may be pleasantly surprised to discover how much more effectively the energies are amplified and how they assist you.

Sunday, the Yellow Ray of Wisdom, Illumination and the Mind of God is amplified.
Focus on the Mind of God daily in all things, but specifically on Sunday. The Divine Mind will open your own mind to ever expanding wisdom. True wisdom always comes from the mind of higher perspective and consciousness. As you merge this divine mind with your own, you begin to make decisions and conduct your life in ways that will bring you much ease and satisfaction.
Prayer for Illumination and Peace
Beloved I AM Presence, blaze forth now from the heart of beloved Alpha and Omega, from the heart of beloved Helios and Vesta, into our individual hearts and minds, glorious waves of golden Flame of Illumination and Peace. Flood us with the precious oils of universal Knowledge and Wisdom.

Monday, the Royal Blue Ray of the Will of God is amplified.
Focus on the Will of God for your very life through total surrender to that Divine Will, no matter what your present circumstances appear to be. This is the fastest way to gain your spiritual mastery and freedom. As you align with God's Will, you will notice that your life will manifest more harmony. Bathe your mind, body and soul each day with that energy, and soon, you will reap its many benefits.
God's Will Prayer
In the Name of God "I Am", I invoke the presence of Beloved Master El Morya, Archangel Michael and all Ascended Masters and angels of the Blue Flame Love of God's Will to guide and protect me daily and hourly.
Archangel Michael, come into my life. Help me overcome all density with your sword of blue flame. Cut me loose and set me free of all negativity and errors of the past.
I ask for a shaft of blue lightening of divine Love to be established over my being, over my home, my family, my work and all my affairs. I call the guidance I need to manifest God's Will in all aspects of my life to fulfill my divine purpose here on Earth and make my Ascension in the Light. I claim for God's Will to manifest everywhere on Earth as it is in the Realms of Light and Freedom. I give thanks that my request is answered according to God's Holy Will. And so be it, beloved I AM.

Focus on the transforming and healing influence of the energies of Divine Love. Love is the glue that creates, transforms, heals and harmonizes all things. Invoke and visualize this radiant green liquid healing light blazing through all areas where transformation is needed. The Green Ray also governs the laws of abundance and prosperity. Also invoke the emerald green Flame to pave the way for the manifestation and precipitation of all your physical and spiritual desires.

Fill your auric field and every cell of your physical, mental, emotional and etheric bodies with this pure-white-dazzling Ascension Flame. In your meditation, do this with all the rays. It is essential for your spiritual progress.

On Saturday, focus on the many tones and frequencies of the Violet Ray which is most magical. The Violet Flame brings the frequency of change, alchemy, freedom from limitations, royalty, diplomacy, comfort and much more. As you fill your auric field and your heart with the wonders of this flame, its frequency will start clearing from your life the obstacles and karma that are obstructing the way to the realization of your mastery. Use the Violet Flame as much as you can each day, but especially on Saturday when this ray is amplified in a greater way, and it will serve you well.

From the Lord God of my Being, I AM That I AM, I call to beloved Saint Germain and your legions of cosmic Violet Flame angels to come forth to infuse and saturate my being with all activities of the Sacred Fire, especially the Violet Flame of Transmutation and Freedom.

As you see, dear friends, all of the rays are important. None of them can be neglected nor put aside. They all work together in perfect harmony to assist the restoration of your soul and lost paradise. Self-realization and God-mastery come from the diligent application of these Flames. You are the "responsible" architect of your life. These immortal and eternal Flames of God will work for you as you work with them. No one can interfere with your free will and no one can do it for you. Spiritual progress is brought forth as the result of daily application of God's laws, God's energies through the seven main rays, and the clearing of one's karma and emotional body.
Each day, it is most important that you set time aside to do your spiritual work. Invoking the Sacred Flames and their attributes opens the channels to receive deeper understanding of the cosmic laws. Breathe, invoke and fill yourself with these wondrous energies. In your meditation, connect with the energy of these Flames as you contact your Divine Essence and your guides, diligently applying what is shown to you. Seek to lift the veil of mortal illusions and reconnect with the magic and power of the original intent of God for your eternal journey into greater purpose and destiny.
